
Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Developer at TibiGlobe in Cyprus. He or she will be responsible for business planning, analytical skills, sales, account management, and overall business development strategies.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of Ibs and Affiliates, ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI
is achieved
2. Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme
3. Work with Affiliate Executives to find the best solutions for affiliate partners
4. Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI
5. Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend
6. Train up a team of Affiliate Executives to ensure their knowledge is up to date and accurate
7. Oversee all affiliate campaigns
8. Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management
9. Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme
10. Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and
delivering sales volume
11. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates
