
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts across global markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong financial background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth through B2B partnerships, client acquisition, and channel development.
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in business development within the financial services, brokerage, or fintech industry.
- Deep understanding of forex, CFDs, and capital markets is a must.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Multilingual candidates are a plus, especially Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with institutional clients, IBs, and white-label partners.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with brand positioning.
- Represent Beirman Capital at industry events, expos, and networking functions.
- Prepare business proposals, client onboarding documentation, and performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt and refine growth strategies.
- Report directly to the Head of Business Development
