Requirments:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the CFD, forex, or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, CFDs, forex, and trading platforms (e.g., MT4, MT5).
  • Sales & Networking Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivation & Drive: Results-oriented with a passion for financial markets and sales.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, trading platforms, and digital acquisition channels.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of industry regulations (e.g., ESMA, FCA, CySEC, ASIC) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify and onboard new clients interested in CFD trading, including retail traders, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Utilize various channels (digital marketing, cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.) to generate and convert leads.
  • Market Analysis & Outreach: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to develop effective acquisition strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and lifetime value.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams: Work with internal teams to improve customer onboarding, optimize campaigns, and enhance the sales funnel.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all client acquisition efforts adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor acquisition metrics, analyze conversion rates, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
