Job Description:
- Write and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Gulf talent etc.
- Source candidates through a variety of methods, including job boards, networking, and social media.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.
- Act as a point of contact for candidate inquiries and provide information on job responsibilities, company culture, and benefits.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the ideal candidate profile.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on candidate profiles, interview feedback, and industry trends.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits, as necessary.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires with HR Dept
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
Requirments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition especially in bulk sales hiring in finance industry.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software will be added advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related tools.
