In April 2022, Elon Musk’s Tesla officially opened its Texas electric vehicle and battery factory. Today, Tesla plans to mass produce its science fiction-inspired Cybertruck with $770 million on the construction of accommodations there.
According to the filings, Tesla plans to construct new facilities at the site this year, including one for battery cell testing and another for manufacturing cathode and drive units. According to the registration, Tesla also intends to construct a Die shop on the factory grounds.
